- Original Bill of Landing (BL) for sea shipments: in Chile, only the original shipment document is accepted, except if the origin agent authorizes issue at destination. The shipment document must be properly assessed.
- Original Air Waybill (AWB), for air shipments.
- Bill of landing (CRT), for ground shipments.
- Properly typed inventory. The Chilean customs services only accepts documents in English or Spanish.
- Photocopy of passport: only identification page with clear photo and readable information.
- Last entry into Chile stamped on passport.
- Photocopy of Work Visa or Temporary Residence, both with a minimum of 365 days or more stamped on passport (only foreign customers).
- Traveler’s Certificate: This document is issued by the International Police at the request of the interested party, showing all entries and exits made by the party requesting the document (only Chilean customers).
- Customs forms required by the Chilean customs service, they will be provided by Ward Van Lines S.A. when costumer arrives to this country.
